Job Summary
Setup files quickly and accurately to ensure productive workflow, using the Adobe Suite to proof files for quality, convert formats, and manipulate layouts for print readiness. Communicate with the sales team to meet order needs and collaborate with production staff to ensure successful file creation. Maintain a clean and efficient work environment both physically and digitally while following standard operating procedures. This onsite role supports the sales and production teams at Color World, a commercial print and sign company fulfilling visual representations for customers across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana.
Required Qualifications
- High level of computer skills: Microsoft platform, Google platform, email, and chat
- Must be able to communicate electronically in a professional manner
- Good in person communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented
- Highly detailed
- Strong understanding of the Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator)
- Ability to understand production workflow and systems
- Strong work ethic
- Have excellent attendance
- Be able to learn processes and production systems quickly
- Be able to follow standard operating procedures
- Be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
- Be able to lift up to 35lbs with or without assistance, if needed
