Job Summary
Assemble control panels, wiring harnesses, conduit, and components per work orders and drawings. Measure, cut, label, and mount components accurately using hand and power tools. Follow build instructions and quality standards while flagging issues early. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. This hands-on role in our prefabrication shop supports critical infrastructure projects nationwide. You will need assembly or manufacturing experience, comfort with tools, and the ability to read basic drawings or work orders. Conversion to a permanent, employee-owned position occurs at 90 days for those who demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Assembly, manufacturing, construction, or skilled-trades experience
- Comfort with hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to read basic drawings/work orders, or the willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Pride in your work
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to use hands, arms, and voice communication
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision
- Distance vision
- Ability to adjust focus
- Employment authorization (E-Verify eligibility)
Desired Qualifications
