Job Summary
Assess student learning strengths, interests, and development areas to co-develop employment goals and outcomes. Instruct students on employability skills including communication, technology, problem-solving, teamwork, resume writing, and interview techniques. Monitor daily attendance at class and work experience sites, record progress, and assist students in building portfolios with certificates and recommendations. Provide disability awareness training to employers at work sites and maintain accurate student files. Follow the school calendar for 180-185 workdays with daily onsite presence.
