Pre-ETS Instructor - Frankfort IN

Assess student learning strengths, interests, and development areas to co-develop employment goals and outcomes. Deliver direct instruction on employability skills including communication, resume writing, interview techniques, and self-advocacy. Guide students in building portfolios with certificates and recommendation letters while monitoring daily attendance and progress in both classroom and work experience settings. Provide disability awareness training to employers at work sites and facilitate transportation access for students. Maintain accurate student files and communicate monthly with consultants. Work onsite daily following the school calendar (180-185 days) with potential summer opportunities.
