Pre-Engineered Systems Technician

Job Summary
Inspect pre-engineered systems including hoods, vehicle systems, and paint booths, and perform minor repairs and annual fire extinguisher/e-light inspections. Resolve field issues, coordinate service schedules, survey repairs, and provide labor and material estimates to service sales. Manage field personnel and collaborate with the inspection department and office staff. Work offsite at customer facilities in varying conditions, lifting 50+ pounds and climbing ladders while adhering to safety protocols requiring hard hats and shoes. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and knowledge of all pre-engineered system types.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of all types of pre-engineered systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good relationships with customers
- Ability to manage field personnel
- Ability to work with office personnel
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Basic computer skills using Microsoft office
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Must be able to wear safety shoes, hard hats, and safety apparel
