Job Summary
Stages and erects prefabricated metal building packages for industrial and commercial projects. Installs insulation, cladding, roofing systems, and related components while working safely at heights. Reads and interprets pre-engineered building drawings/blueprints, plans sequencing and determines required materials, prepares materials prior to assembly, and hoists/moves components using cranes or telehandlers; operates mobile elevated work platforms. Also installs fiberglass insulation, metal cladding, standing seam roofs, insulated metal panels, windows, and passage doors; assists with anchor bolt layout and placement as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year PEMB installation experience
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation; travel up to 75 miles to job site
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and heavier loads with assistance; ability to perform strenuous labor
- Familiarity with hand and power tools; ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Card (training available)
