Job Summary
PEMB Specialist responsible for staging and erecting prefabricated metal building packages for industrial/commercial projects. Read/interpret PEMB drawings, plan sequencing, prepare materials, hoist and guide components with cranes/telehandlers, operate mobile elevated work platforms, install insulation, cladding, and standing seam roofs, install insulated metal panels/windows/doors, assist with anchor bolt layout, and travel to job sites within ~75 miles. Requires 1+ year PEMB installation experience, valid driver’s license and OSHA 10 card, ability to lift 50 lbs, use hand/power tools, and work safely in field environments.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year PEMB installation experience
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation; travel up to 75 miles to job site
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and heavier loads with assistance; ability to perform strenuous labor
- Familiarity with hand and power tools; ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Card (training available)
