Job Summary
Pre-Contract Administrator role supporting the pre-construction bid lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities, capturing and tracking new enquiries, producing regular reports for pipeline prioritisation, coordinating governance processes (approvals, risk registers, bid packs), ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant, maintaining audit trails and version control, managing tender documentation and file structures, tracking deadlines and coordinating inputs from stakeholders, supporting compliant submissions and bid reviews, maintaining central libraries of key documents and standard content, and using CRM/bid-management systems. Requires strong organisational skills, detail orientation, and experience with data, systems, and structured processes; construction/engineering sector experience is helpful but not essential. The role is based in Warrington, UK with opportunities for flexible/agile working.
