Job Summary
Establish and maintain pre-construction standards, governance frameworks, and technical assurance strategies across a portfolio of complex cladding remediation projects. Approve and challenge all PCSA programmes, sequencing, and critical path logic while driving consistency in reporting and risk management. Oversee Building Regulations, HRB Gateway processes, and statutory compliance to ensure auditable documentation and inspection readiness. Lead senior design reviews for façade, structural, and fire disciplines, manage supply chain relationships, and own the Golden Thread information management strategy. Line manage Pre-Construction Managers, conduct audits on QA processes, and drive lessons learned to ensure project mobilization readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior pre-construction or operational leadership role
- Strong background in cladding remediation, façade systems, and complex programmes
- Deep understanding of design management (RIBA stages 2–4), PCSA frameworks, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to challenge constructively and drive high-performance outcomes
