Job Summary
Cultivate relationships with general contractors, consultants, and project owners to drive pre-construction business development initiatives. Oversee a portfolio of 50-60 projects from initial estimation through final proposal and negotiation, collaborating closely with construction project managers. Demonstrate adeptness in follow-up, personnel management, time management, and problem-solving to ensure timely project milestones. Represent the company at industry gatherings and conduct educational sessions to bolster business development efforts. This hybrid role in Southern Massachusetts requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license and a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record in pre-construction sales and business development within the geotechnical or construction sectors
