Job Summary
Coordinate bid intake, documentation, estimating support, CRM administration, reporting, and project handoff for commercial and industrial solar, BESS, EV charging, and microgrid projects. Serve as a central resource for Sales, Estimating, and Engineering by organizing project information from opportunity intake through turnover. Monitor bid invitations from various platforms, manage subcontractor solicitations, and support Estimators with quote status tracking and vendor outreach. Handle lead calls, review bid packages, and ensure accurate documentation in Salesforce, SharePoint, and Building Connected. Assist with project turnover, compile post-award reporting, and maintain departmental resource libraries. This role supports clean transitions from pursuit to execution, allowing technical teams to focus on customer engagement and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, estimating support, sales operations, or construction support experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the construction, renewable energy, electrical contracting, engineering, or utility industries
- Experience using Salesforce, Building Connected, Accubid, Procore, SharePoint, or similar software platforms
- Familiarity with commercial solar, battery storage, EV charging, microgrid, or electrical construction projects
- Experience coordinating bid opportunities, subcontractor outreach, document control, or project turnover activities
