Pre-Construction Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and maintain pre-construction documentation, including submittals, permits, insurance certificates, and compliance forms for fencing installations on solar farms and renewable energy sites. Develop project schedules using Primavera P6 or SiteTracker while managing subcontractor agreements, scopes of work, and pre-qualification paperwork. Liaise with utility partners, EPCs, developers, municipalities, and permitting agencies to align timelines and secure necessary approvals. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating kickoff meetings and pre-install coordination sessions. Review civil drawings, fence specifications, and signage requirements to assist in value engineering proposals. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, estimators, and the construction team to ensure readiness for field execution.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction coordination
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed (up to 50%)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with solar EPC workflows and fencing scopes of work
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and site safety planning
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with labor compliance tracking tools and subcontractor onboarding
