Job Summary
Experienced title-processing professional to handle residential file from inception through closing. Responsibilities include taking files from opening to settlement, ensuring compliance with contracts, settlement statements, mortgages, deeds, and title insurance policies; verifying monetary amounts for mortgages, taxes, judgments, and collecting related fees; preparing and reviewing settlement documents; coordinating with buyers, sellers, and real estate agents to obtain information for a smooth settlement; reviewing legal documents to ensure proper notarization and recording; updating proprietary software with follow-ups and data entry. Requires 1-2 years in Real Estate/Title industry, strong attention to detail, proactive communication, integrity, organization, and teamwork. Proficiency in Qualia is preferred; active notary is preferred. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and is with Eagle Title, an equal-opportunity employer.
