Job Summary
Strip and set up moulds, pour concrete, and trowl surfaces while performing general labouring duties to support the production of industry-leading pools. This hands-on role requires previous pre-cast/concreting experience, full unrestricted Australian working rights, and the physical capability to handle demanding tasks in a safe, compliant environment. You will work Monday to Friday with flexibility for Saturday mornings, reporting to the Production Manager. The position offers consistent ongoing work with long-term stability, weekly pay, and immediate start availability for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Previous pre-cast/concreting experience
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
- Highly reliable and committed, with a consistent work ethic
- Available to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility for Saturday mornings when needed
- Strong ability to follow instructions and take pride in delivering high-quality results
- Committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
- Physically capable of handling the demands of a hands-on role
