Pre-Assembly Operator-Tyler Coupling

Preassembly Operator performs automated machine operations on a multi-station setup to assemble a complete unit from five component parts under direct supervision; responsible for machine setup/adjustments, coordinating production changes, removing/setting up dies, monitoring cycle performance, and performing general maintenance on automated equipment and supporting systems. Uses hand tools (allen-wrenches, snipes) and material handling equipment (pallet jack, loaders) to load components, manages rework and salvage, records production/quality numbers, and maintains a clean, orderly work area. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, follow supervisor instructions, and be able to sit/stand for up to 8 hours with ability to lift up to 50 pounds; basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude required.
