Job Summary
Lead the assembly team to build parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules. Operate and safely handle power tools and packaging tools, including torque wrenches. Lead the setup and clean out of assembly cells by operating overhead crane and running electric stackers. Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards. Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames. Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to the lead. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Load and unload assembly cells using an electric-pallet mover. Requires ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials per OSHA lifting guidelines; familiarity with power tools; experience in high-paced manufacturing; ability to stand and walk for extended periods; strong attention to detail and commitment to quality; basic mechanical aptitude; reliable attendance and punctuality.
Required Qualifications
