Job Summary
Pre Admissions Testing Nurse at TriStar Centennial Medical Center (Lebanon, TN). Requires RN with either an Associate Degree, a Bachelor's Degree, or an RN Diploma, plus at least 3 years of RN experience ( Surgical Services experience highly preferred). Provides pre-admission testing and nursing care in a large health system setting with a broad benefits package and an emphasis on high-quality patient outcomes.
