Job Summary
Conduct floor meetings, manage desk reception duties, and lead social and educational programming for 45–70 residents. Enforce hall rules, report incidents to the Office of the Dean of Students, and serve as a Campus Security Authority. Perform room inspections, maintain inventories, and coordinate maintenance requests. Assist in staff selection, facilitate room changes, and communicate academic support services to students. Work 20 hours per week on-campus during the Fall and Spring semesters, including closed weekends and break periods.
Required Qualifications
- Pass a Criminal Background Check
- Pass a Misconduct Reference Check
- Pass a Position of Trust with vulnerable populations check
- Available to work the full contracted date for the entire contracted academic year (Fall and Spring semester)
- Have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA at the start of employment
- Experience living in a residence hall for more than 1 semester (or other related communal living)
- Enrolled as a full-time student at UW- Stevens Point (12 credit minimum)

- Experience educating individuals (health, wellness, academics, etc.)
- Experience planning, developing, and/or implementing events
- Experience completing administrative tasks
- Experience enforcing rules, regulations, and policies
- Experience working with diverse groups of people
