Job Summary
Support the Digital Communication and Business Development team with planning, production, and distribution of content across social media, newsletters, the website, and club media including the "Echo" magazine and Arena-TV. Manage matchday communication for home and away games by producing and deploying multimedia content, while developing new formats and campaigns for ticketing and merchandising. Contribute to the concept and responsibility for future communication channels of the FRISCH AUF! Youth Center, conduct benchmarking and trend research to generate actionable recommendations, and create surveys to evaluate content strategies. Assist in digitalizing processes and initiate new projects based on initiative and skills. This six-month full-time internship in Göppingen (mostly on-site, some remote) runs from September or March for students in sports management, sports journalism, or related fields, offering comprehensive insights into professional sports business and a strategic development aligned with the Agenda 2030.
Required Qualifications
- Als Studierende/r an Hochschule eingeschrieben
- Im Studium vorgeschriebenes Pflichtpraxissemester
- Mindestens im 2. Semester
- Sportmanagement, Sportpublizistik mit Vertiefung Marketing/Medien/Kommunikation oder aus den Bereichen Medienmanagement, Marketing oder Kommunikation / PR / Journalismus
- Hohe Sport- und Handball-Affinität
- Selbständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gutes Verständnis für Kommunikation und Social Media
- Sehr gutes Gespür für das Formulieren aussagekräftiger Texte und Headlines
- Gestalterische Fähigkeiten und Blick für gutes Design
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Bild- und Videobearbeitungssoftware
- Kenntnisse in Adobe Photoshop und Premiere
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft365
- Kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Eigeninitiative
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Offenes, freundliches Auftreten sowie Spaß am Teamwork
- Proaktives Mitdenken, Kreativität und Lust, etwas zu bewegen
- Zuverlässigkeit und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten

Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung speziell mit passenden Sport-Formaten auf TikTok, YouTube und Instagram
- Erste Erfahrung im KI-Prompting mit Large Language Models
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kameras (Kompaktkamera und Smartphone) für Videoproduktion sowie Blick für Szenen und Motive
- Erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Nebenjobs, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Ehrenamt, z.B. in einer Redaktion, Kommunikationsagentur oder im Marketing eines Unternehmens
