Praxismanager, MFA (m/w/d)

Lead non-medical staff, manage administrative tasks, and execute directives from the practice director. Control billing for statutory and private insurance, organize practice operations including scheduling and complaint management, and handle team organization such as rostering and onboarding new colleagues. Facilitate communication between leadership, the team, patients, and physicians while overseeing hygiene and quality management. Manage the full spectrum of a large operative ENT practice, including pediatric audiology and allergy consultations. This role requires an MFA or equivalent with practice experience and strong organizational skills within a dynamic team environment.
