Job Summary
Manage the practice's economic steering and organizational structures while supporting the veterinary team in daily patient care. Coordinate the time recording program, monitor the budget, and drive improvements in organizational processes and staff planning. Work alongside the practice director to foster an open communication culture and support strategic development. Split your week between approximately 15 hours in management duties and 20 hours as a veterinary assistant providing direct patient support and medical assistance. Join a small, established team at a clinic specializing in internal medicine and alternative therapies near the Tegeler Fließ.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tiermedizinische/r Fachangestellte/r (TFA)
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Veterinär- oder Gesundheitsbereich
- Erfahrung im Auf- und Ausbau von Organisationsstrukturen und Prozessen
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse
- sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen gegenüber Kundinnen, Kolleginnen und natürlich: Tieren
- Kommunikationsstärke

Desired Qualifications
- betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation oder Weiterbildung zum/zur Praxismanager*in
- Erfahrung im Management von Praxen, Kliniken oder MVZ
- Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung und Gehaltsabrechnung
