Job Summary

Implement quality standards, checklists, and SOPs while monitoring key performance indicators like utilization and patient feedback. Drive the modernization of digital processes to create a paper-light, measurable environment. Report to the practice owner in a structured, professional setting focused on efficient, patient-oriented care.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung als Praxismanagerin / ZMV oder ZFA mit leitender Organisationsrolle
- Führung durch Klarheit, Struktur und Kommunikation
- Hands-on-Mentalität: du setzt um, priorisierst, hältst Standards
- Serviceorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
