Optimize appointment and practice workflows, ensure efficient prescription review and billing, and develop internal processes and standards. Analyze utilization, revenue, and practice metrics to identify gaps and revenue potential, while preparing accounting for the tax advisor and supporting leadership on investment decisions. Manage staff scheduling and vacation planning, oversee onboarding for new hires, conduct employee interviews, and lead team development and conflict resolution. Build and maintain a regional physician network, facilitate practice presentations to partners, and promote active patient review culture. Work closely with the management team to ensure organizational, team, and economic coordination across practice locations in Bremen and Husum.
