Job Summary
Implement the company's own training concept for practical nursing education by organizing and conducting introductory days for apprentices. Guide and accompany apprentices during their nursing practice and support new nursing staff throughout their onboarding phase. Motivate students for internships at our facility while jointly planning, executing, documenting, and evaluating individual care needs with them. Manage the scheduling of internal and external apprentices. Requires a completed nursing qualification, Praxisanleiter certification with 300 UE, and knowledge of the nursing profession law. Full-time or part-time roles available.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und (Kinder-)Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger oder Pflegefachkraft
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Praxisanleiter mit mindestens 300 UE
- Berufserfahrung in der Pflege
- Gute Kenntnisse über das Pflegeberufegesetz sowie den praktischen Rahmenausbildungsplan
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows, Word und Outlook
