Required Qualifications
- ausgebildete Pflegefachperson bist (Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger)
- die Weiterbildung zum Praxisanleiter abgeschlossen oder großes Interesse hast, diese zeitnah zu absolvieren
- Spaß an der Begleitung von Auszubildenden und der Gestaltung von Anleitungssituationen hast
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement und Kreativität mitbringst
- kommunikativ und belastbar bist und über ein ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen sowie gutes Sozialverhalten verfügst
