Conduct reception duties by greeting clients and animals with calmness and warmth, managing the waiting area atmosphere, and accompanying clients from arrival to departure. Coordinate the practice calendar with the medical team, answer calls and emails professionally, and handle billing and payments reliably. Maintain accurate patient records, provide follow-up instructions in coordination with the medical staff, and ensure the reception area remains inviting and tidy. Collaborate closely with veterinarians and practice leadership on community events and process improvements.
