Job Summary
Coordinate daily schedules for multiple pick-up and delivery drivers and schedule service appointments while confirming details with customers. Communicate via phone, text, and email regarding appointments, vehicle status, and scheduling updates using dealership software. Process payments for completed service work including cash, credit card, and check transactions, and generate invoices for accurate documentation. Maintain customer records, update dealership systems, and assist with administrative duties such as filing paperwork. Collaborate with service advisors, drivers, and management to ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding company policies on cash handling and privacy. Full-time role with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
