Job Summary

The Commercial Fleet Sales Administrative Assistant supports Fleet Managers and the Fleet Director with daily admin tasks such as setting up deals, printing deal jackets, preparing paperwork, and creating title applications, while providing general sales support to the fleet team. Responsibilities include processing paperwork efficiently, moving and fueling vehicles as needed (requiring a clean driving record), and assisting multiple team members. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency with VinSolutions/Dealertrack and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience in automotive administration or dealership support. Typical schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays; on-site in Prattville, AL.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of social media marketing (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Clean driving record
  • Previous experience in automotive administration or a dealership support role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and support multiple people
  • Strong computer & typing skills
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook
