Internship in Tourism & Operations at Indie Campers' Warsaw Depot. You will be the friendly face of the brand, handling front-office duties such as guest check-ins/check-outs, payments, and upselling road trip extras, while also supporting back-office tasks like aligning reservations with available campervans, preparing campers and kits, and performing quality control to identify maintenance needs. You’ll assist with fleet coordination, stock monitoring, and troubleshooting operational issues. Compensation is provided, and the program includes online and on-the-job training in guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, communication, organization, time management, fleet coordination, and logistics. The role is suited for students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or related fields, who are fluent in English, have a work permit if applicable, and possess a valid driver’s license. An international environment and interaction with diverse cultures are encouraged; the internship offers the possibility of integration with Indie Campers after completion.
