Job Summary
Develop requirements profiles and organize innovative personal marketing measures to attract specialized talent. Plan and execute new recruitment initiatives, including company videos, while conducting independent candidate and telephone interviews. Create and update question catalogs for candidate discussions, research target professionals online, and draft job advertisements across relevant job boards, newspapers, and universities. Analyze postings and manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to interview coordination. This practical semester offers an attractive monthly stipend between 300€ and 1000€, with the opportunity to develop a final thesis project.
