Coordinate and optimize production workflows to ensure materials and resources are available exactly when needed. Lead value stream projects to identify efficiencies, design streamlined process chains, and implement ideas independently. Create production schedules and analyze key performance metrics to drive data-backed decision-making and measurable improvements. Actively support quality standards and manage logistics coordination, including the preparation of shipping and customs documentation.
Required Qualifications
