Praktikum Recruiting (m/w/d)

Conduct screening calls with applicants for wind energy service technicians and evaluate profile fit. Review incoming applications, make initial selections, and manage the full recruitment process from confirmation to scheduling. Independently handle unsolicited applications, identify potential, and suggest candidates for added value. Contribute to optimizing and introducing new recruitment processes and implement your own ideas. Support special projects in international recruiting or employer branding to gain insight into modern talent acquisition. This mandatory internship lasts 5–6 months at 40 hours per week in Berlin or Dauerthal. You must hold valid employment authorization in Germany for the entire duration.
