Develop and execute internal campaigns, workshops, and online trainings to drive innovation. Evaluate and process employee ideas across all departments while creating strategic communication materials and managing the employee portal. Coordinate with stakeholders to organize workshops and develop new training formats. This six-month internship supports the further development of the ideas management process at ZEISS, where you will actively shape how employee suggestions are implemented. The role offers cross-functional collaboration within a team focused on advancing innovation and strategic communication.
