Job Summary
Manage customer orders and their technical implementation in DATEV Cloud Sourcing solutions, handling printer/scanner administration, user management, remote support, and Exchange environments. Independently analyze and resolve errors while supporting process automation through Power Automate and developing, testing, and optimizing AI-driven bot solutions with Copilot Studio. Prepare data for BI evaluations, visualize key metrics in Tableau, and contribute to team knowledge management. This five-to-six-month internship offers a path to a full-time work student role within a team that creates special solutions to streamline operations and share expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- oder Masterstudium
- Staatsexamen
- Studium mit IT- oder Digitalisierungsbezug
- erste praktische Erfahrungen im IT-Bereich
