Job Summary
Support the Print on Demand solution in daily operations by monitoring platform processes and connected shops. Manage customer support via email and ticket systems while maintaining and structuring product data within the digital catalog. Collaborate closely with product management, e-commerce, and customer service teams to execute tasks in the e-commerce environment and assist in optimizing internal processes. Gain hands-on experience in platform management and project support within a team of over 130 employees.
Required Qualifications
- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, E-Commerce, Medien, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools
- Eigeninitiative und Motivation, praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln
