Support the development and validation of AI-based optimization approaches, including parameter recommendations. Define and advance new use cases and features for our AI-driven optimization tools. Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments on injection molding machines alongside customers and partners. Assist in introducing the Hopper software solution to clients through testing, training, and integration. Coordinate with customers to relay requirements to the product team and help build training materials, best practices, and internal tools. Work as an integrated team member with real machines and datasets, receiving direct feedback from production. Combine plastic technology with data analysis to develop practical solutions for automated process optimization. Join the interdisciplinary team in Augsburg starting August 2026.
