Job Summary
Manage international HR and organizational development topics, including employee survey initiatives and culture development. Support competency and training management alongside enabling initiatives, while accompanying activities within current change management and transformation projects. Plan and execute various workshops, lead partial moderations, and prepare for event conduct. Contribute to both operational and conceptual tasks, taking ownership of smaller projects independently. Engage actively in daily operations using MS Teams, requiring fluent German and English for negotiation.
Required Qualifications
- Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule
- Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaft/-pädagogik, Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbar
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
- souverän im Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere MS Teams)
- bereit remote zu arbeiten
