Job Summary
Analyze and document the complete manufacturing process from material preparation to finished parts for four pressing machines. Create a practical handbook covering manual and machine-controlled processes, while standardizing tools, workflows, and quality requirements. Investigate relevant influencing factors such as material, geometry, lubrication, and heat treatment in collaboration with production, planning, and development teams. Present findings on process boundaries and optimization potentials. This four-to-six-month internship begins in autumn 2026 for students in mechanical engineering or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Laufendes technisches Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau (mit Schwerpunkt Umformtechnik, Werkstofftechnik, Fertigungstechnik, Produktionstechnik oder in einem verwandten Fachgebiet)
- HTL oder ähnliches
- Interesse an Umformtechnik und Hochleistungswerkstoffen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
- selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke
