Job Summary
Support the industrialization of additive manufacturing for metal and plastic components across the entire process chain. Accompany 3D-printed parts from prototype to series production, including order tracking and control in SAP. Optimize designs for additive manufacturing and prepare build jobs using CATIA V5 and Materialise Magics. Assist in introducing and optimizing processes while managing and analyzing test results for destructive and non-destructive examinations, transferring data to the Skywise platform. This three-to-six-month internship begins November 1, 2026, at Airbus Helicopters' Donauwörth facility. The role offers a 35-hour week with flexible scheduling, travel opportunities, and full-time student status requirements in engineering disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/f/m) im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im industriellen Umfeld bzw. in der Produktion
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Interesse an automatisierten Fertigungstechnologien und Produktionsprozessen
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren und Schlussfolgerungen abzuleiten
- Kreative und problemlösende Denkweisen
- Eigenständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse-Tools sowie Programmierkenntnisse (wie z.B. Python)
