Job Summary
Coordinate Sonderprojekte, assist in process digitalization via AI and RPA solutions, and analyze KPIs to identify improvement potentials. Generate performance dashboards, reports on orders and deliveries, and collaborate with supply chain interfaces to ensure accurate data communication. Support the department head in documentation, optimization, and continuous KPI evaluation while contributing to the identification of efficiency gains within Global Order Management. This winter semester 2026/2027 internship spans six months with flexible hours and on-site or remote options, offering networking opportunities with experienced colleagues and access to TRUMPF's fitness studio.
Required Qualifications
- Studium der Fachrichtung Digital Business, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein freundliches Auftreten sowie eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Vertrieb
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Erstellung von RPAs und KI-Agenten
- Interesse an vertrieblichen Prozessen und Kundenbeziehungen
