Job Summary
Build internal workflows in n8n, Make, and Zapier to automate reporting, research, and daily processes while testing new AI tools and refining prompts for recurring tasks. Execute business development initiatives by managing the company newsletter, developing LinkedIn content strategies, and handling cold outreach sequences. Support performance marketing operations through ad campaign setup across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, alongside creative research and analytics reporting. Work directly with the founder on real growth cases for clients like HOLY and Sunday Natural, with a hybrid schedule in Munich.
Required Qualifications
- Extrem neugierig, hungrig und selbstständig
- Du hast AI-Tools wie Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier oder Cursor bereits aktiv gebaut, nicht nur genutzt
- Echtes Interesse an Performance Marketing, Wachstum und digitalem Business Building
- Strukturiertes, analytisches Denken und saubere Execution
- Deutsch C2
- sehr gutes Englisch
- 3–6 Monate Vollzeit verfügbar
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung mit Meta, TikTok oder Google Ads Manager
- Grundverständnis von Tracking, UTMs und Pixel-Setups
- Copywriting-Gefühl oder Design-Basics (Figma, Canva)
