Job Summary
Support the finance team with daily transactions including accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings while compiling financial data and updating accounting records. Prepare VAT calculations and optimize processes to contribute to international project success. Collaborate with controlling and other cross-functional departments while administering various finance activities. Requires a business or humanities degree, fluent German, and advanced Excel skills. Full-time role with 25 days vacation, flexible hours, and two days of remote work weekly.
Required Qualifications
- betriebswirtschaftliches oder geisteswissenschaftliches Studium mit überdurchschnittlichen Noten
- Fließendes Deutsch
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Exzellente Computerkenntnisse
- MS Excel (Verwalten von Tabellenkalkulationen, Erstellen von Diagrammen und Verwenden erweiterter Formeln)
- 25 Tage Urlaub
