Praktikum (d/m/w) in der Entwicklung von Space Mechanismen

Develop mechanism concept designs by evaluating drive concepts, selecting bearing solutions, and planning structural components in coordination with construction and calculation departments. Execute breadboard and proof-of-concept campaigns, including concept creation, test planning with relevant departments, data evaluation, and documentation. Work independently or within team meetings with colleagues from the Mechanisms department and other areas to align on projects. The internship runs for six months starting October/November 2026 at the Friedrichshafen/Bodensee site. Candidates must be enrolled full-time students in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or comparable fields, with strong knowledge in technical mechanics and lightweight construction.
