Develop and validate a manufacturing process for fiber-reinforced composites by conducting literature research on energy-efficient curing methods and defining experimental parameters. Plan, execute, and evaluate production tests and coupon tests while documenting results in scientific reports. Analyze historical data to identify drift phenomena and anomalies, then develop a machine learning model to predict faulty components and generate maintenance recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance and stabilize all processes and systems within the Manufacturing Engineering department.
