Praktikum Case Management Arbeitsintegration (80 - 100%, 6 Monate)

Support experienced Case Managers in accompanying young people with mental health challenges toward reintegration into training and employment. Participate in initial interviews, assessments, and coaching sessions while co-creating individual integration and application strategies. Assist with resume preparation, job search support, and interview preparation, and facilitate collaboration with companies, the IV, RAV, and social services. Contribute to building and maintaining the employer network, generate reports and documentation, and optimize internal processes and digital workflows. Take on increasing responsibility, including leading initial cases under supervision. This six-month internship in the German-speaking region offers direct access to leadership and a pathway to full-time employment.
