Job Summary
Praktikum im Bereich Business Development & Growth am Standort Zürich: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gründer von CareerTeam Schweiz zusammen, identifizierst potenzielle Kund:innen und Wachstumsmöglichkeiten über Recherche, Evaluierung und Cluster, verfasst Ansprachen zur Gewinnung von Kooperationspartner:innen und B2B-Kund:innen, entwickelst gemeinsam Sales-Ideen/Strategien, organisierst exklusive Networking Events und unterstützt CRM-Analysen zur Vertriebsoptimierung – alles im dynamischen Startup-Umfeld mit flexibler Hybrid-Regelung.
Required Qualifications
- Student is currently enrolled and has completed several semesters
- Ability to think in a solution-oriented way and understand customer needs
- Independent, structured and reliable work style
- Proficiency in German and English, written and spoken
- Humor, high teamwork skills and enjoyment of communication
