Job Summary
Organize match day operations, manage fan engagement, and support ticketing and merchandising at home games. Assist with social media content, community inquiries, and partner activation while handling administrative tasks at the club office. Participate in event planning and gain exposure to marketing, sales, and sponsorship departments. This three-month full-time placement begins mid-September at Mindspace Office Berlin or the Lichterfelde stadium, with occasional remote work. You will receive a €600 monthly allowance and fluent German/English skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Lust auf Fußball, Events und Business Development
- Drei Monate Zeit für ein Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum
- Verlässlichkeit, Eigeninitiative und gute Organisation
- Bereitschaft, an Heimspieltagen vor Ort zu sein
- Deutsch und Englisch - fließend in Wort und Schrift (C1)
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrungen im Event-, Office- oder Supportbereich
- Führerschein (Klasse B)
