Create travel proposals for organizers and end customers while managing reservations for safari and excursion itineraries. Provide customer consultation in the office and online, then lead guests and manage client service at partner hotels. Handle website maintenance, including text and image editing alongside search engine optimization and social media management. Research new accommodations and activities, focusing on community-based tourism projects. This three-month internship in Kenya combines office duties with on-the-ground experience in our incoming agency.
