Job Summary
Develop the existing innovation process from idea generation to portfolio management workshops in close collaboration with technical product management. Prepare and refine workshop formats to transform initial thoughts into concrete approaches, while actively supporting the implementation of new innovation tools for ovens and cooking hobs. Create benchmarking concepts to visualize comparisons and facilitate decision-making, and experiment with AI-driven ideation to evaluate its value. Work within an agile team near development and product management to gain insight into modern oven engineering, connecting creative ideas with structured process views.
Required Qualifications
- Studium im fortgeschrittenen Bachelor- oder Masterstudium Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
