Job Summary
Conduct technical due diligence analysis for sustainable real estate projects and support architectural competitions. Assist in tendering and procurement processes, manage contract negotiations, and oversee project timelines, costs, and quality. Create presentations, schedules, budget overviews, and feasibility studies. This internship is open to students in architecture, civil engineering, or related fields with strong German language skills (B2). Required Qualifications
- Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Bau) oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang im fortgeschrittenen Studium
- Kenntnisse in baufachlichen Grundlagen und Abläufen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)
